QIPCO Guineas Weekend

It was fantastic to ride another nice winner for King Power Racing and Andrew Balding with Teumessias Fox winning the 1m 1/2 Handicap on Friday. This horse is improving all the time, hopefully he will go very well at Royal Ascot.

I was delighted to win on Running Lion for David Howden and John and Thady Gosden she is an improving Filly and she won with plenty in hand in the Listed Pretty Polly Stakes.

It is a huge achievement to win any Group 1 but to win the QIPCO 1000 Guineas for Saeed bin Suroor and Godolphin, was beyond my wildest dreams. Everything went smoothly in the race and I’m incredible pleased to win a Group 1 so shortly after returning to the saddle.
